As of December 28, 2019, the VTA is implementing the Next Network changes that were planned to coincide with the BART extension to Berryessa. Since the BART extension is delayed yet again, the changes will be implemented anyway with a month's notice. Hourly 88 bus service will be cancelled. School tripper only service will be renamed 288, 288L, and 288M.
